Case Management
At Efinancial, we offer our agents a virtual back office with our team of Case Managers. Efinancial Case Managers will scrub your application to ensure it is a complete packet and submit the medical exam to the carrier. Our case managers will do whatever it takes to make sure your policy gets approved by the carrier. The Case Manager’s mission is to make sure that our agent’s policies are placed and enforced. This allows an agent to stay on the phone selling instead of worrying about their case in underwriting. Our Case Management team will help you place more policies than ever.
Case Manager Assignment: Each agent is assigned an Efinancial Case Manager who works as their liason with all of the carriers’ Underwriting and New Business departments.
- ALISS provides Efinancial agents with comprehensive case management ability and up to the minute case status reporting, all under one secure login.
- Case managers are assigned as the agent submits their first new business case with each carrier and the current and completed agent licensing packet has been submitted by Efinancial to the carrier. (** This includes signed application, paramed exam & lab ticket. **) Your Case Manager will not be assigned until both of these requirements are met.
